HK-RSL was established in Hong Kong in 2016 as a professional testing laboratory which specializes in testing wire rope and wire rope materials. The testing center was founded and built to ensure and improve the safety of rope users, such as elevator passengers, installation and service people, crane operators and many others. At the same time, the company supports lift and rope manufacturers, rope distribution companies, building owners and authorities.
