Huygens Principle for Singular Hyperbolic Equations

We provide solutions of a singular hyperbolic (B-hyperbolic) equation in the general case including both integer and fractional parameters of Bessel operators acting both in time and in spatial variables. Solution formulas generalizing previously known ones are obtained. As a consequence of the formulas obtained, the problem of diffusion and the satisfiability of the Huygens principle for solving the Cauchy problem for B-hyperbolic equations with fractional parameters of the Bessel operators is considered.
