Interchangeability challenges in China gas market for muIti-source scheduling to supply Shenzhen City Natural gas technical and market developments in southeast China,focusing on mixed LNG and pipeline supplies

With the development of the natural gas market in Shenzhen City in Guangdong Province of southeast China,multi-source patterns have emerged from different gas supply sources,mainly LNG from three import terminals.The three import terminals are Hua'an LNG,Diefu LNG and the Dapeng facility on the Pearl River Delta,China's oldest terminal in operation since 2006.The market also includes pipeline natural gas on the West-East Long-Distance Transmission Pipeline Phase II.Access to natural gas has increased dramatically in China in recent decades.Between 2010 and 2017 the proportion of the population with access to natural gas grew at an annual average rate of 10 percent,while the transmission and distribution network grew by 14 percent per year on average.
