Liberty Energy Trust, operating under Northeast Energy Center, plans to build an LNG plant on 12 acres near a power plant run by Millennium Power. The plant would produce LNG on the site, store it and then ship it to regional customers via trucks as well as provide about 168,240 gallons of LNG per day to National Grid. The site would also have a 100,000 gallon storage tank.
