Systematization and Control Room Uniting of COG Refining Plant at Fukuyama Works

We have accomplished the systematization and control room uniting of COG refining plant for the saving manpower and cost. The main characteristic of this system consists of following three points. (1) Introduction of DCS; (2) Automatic and remote operation and analyzer; (3) Introduction of expert system. This system is running well now. in this paper, we show the outline of this system.'
