EA type spherical roller bearings

Owing to their high load capacity, self-aligning capability, and an easy-handling unitized design, spherical roller bearings are widely used in steel mills, paper mills, construction equipment, industrial gearboxes, plummer blocks, and woodworking machinery. For these bearings, not only running performance but also toughness is extremely important. NSK has developed EA spherical roller bearings with high-capacity pressed steel cages, which are now available on the market. Featuring high load capacity, long life, low temperature rise, high-speed capability, low noise, and low vibration, the EA series represent the new standard for next-generation spherical roller bearings. In this report, we will discuss in detail the design and features of NSK's EA spherical roller bearings.
