This paper presents the results for a FDTD/WP-PML/NUFFT algorithm developed to design and analyze printed antennas. To show the applicability of the developed code, a new metamaterial printed antenna array is designed for the S-Band operation. Results obtained are compared to those determined from conventional FFT based methods available in the scientific literature and to results obtained by measurements given evidence of the methodology applicability in an operational prototype.
