Consumer Product Safety Commission Rejects Exemption for Noisy Toys

A final rule from the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) adopts the updated Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safety (ASTM F963-17) as the mandatory toy standard, except for a change in the test method for sound-producing toys approved by ASTM (formerly American Society for Testing Materials).
