Court Strikes Down Phoenix Flight Paths Over Noise Impacts

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia granted the City of Phoenix, Ariz., its petition for review of FAA's September 2014 order implementing the new flight routes and procedures at Sky Harbor International Airport. The 2-1 decision vacates the order and remands the matter back to FAA for further consideration.
