Evaluation of the Residual Service Life of a Disk of the Rotor of Steam Turbine with Regard for the Number of Shutdowns of the Equipment

A method for the evaluation of the residual service life of a disk of steam turbine is proposed with regard for the startups and shutdowns in the process of operation (maneuvering mode) on the basis of the energy approach. The method was approved by determining the periods of operation when the startups and shutdowns of the turbines are especially dangerous. We also find the period when the maneuvering operation mode can be approximately taken into account by the method of steady-state mode or lowcycle fatigue.
