LNG Train Hits Milestone

Pipeline feed gas has been introduced to Train 2 at the Cameron LNG export terminal in Hackberry,Louisiana.Developers McDermott International and partner Chiyoda International said last week that Train 2 reached the final commissioning stage,the precursor for LNG production.McDermott introduced feed gas to Train 1 on Apr.15,followed by first LNG May 14 and first cargo May 31.The carrier Marvel Crane,under charter by Mitsui,picked up the cargo from the $10 billion terminal in June and delivered it to the port of Dunkirk in France (NGW Jun.17'19).
