Add Sempra/Boardwalk Project to Roster of Permian-Gulf Coast Pipes

Another week, another pipeline is proposed to transport hydrocarbons from the Permian Basin to demand centers along the Texas GulfCoast. The most recent project comes from a partnership of Sempra Energy and Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, which last week proposed the Permian-to-Katy (P2K) Pipeline. The companies are conducting a non-binding open season through Sep. 14 to determine interest in the 470-mile line from the Waha Hub to the Katy Hub about 25 miles west of Houston.
