The US shale revolution has created an abundant supply of natural gas that has fueled a chemical industry renaissance and spawned an LNG export industry. But the head of a large end-user group is warning that projections of a lasting reserve of low-cost gas is a myth that will eventually spell trouble for both of those sectors.
