Stylophorum lasiocarpum is illustrated and its relationships are discussed. Instructions for its cultivation are given.Commonly referred to as 'celandine poppies' the species of Stylophorum are plants of moist wooded situations. The genus, as currently defined, consists of three species primarily restricted to central and western China, but with a single species, Stylophorum diphyllum Nutt., confined to the Atlantic forests of North America.
