To comply with the city乫s goals to cut its greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions by 2035,the owners of large buildings in San Diego have until Jun.1 to make sure their structures are up to code.In 2015,the city adopted goals that has 40% of the proposed reductions would come from more efficient energy use in buildings,where old heating and air-conditioning systems can be high energy users.
