Determination of More Stringent Criterion for Common Control Unit of Digital Telephone Exchange

One of two criteria for telephone exchange central processor throughput estimation according to ITU-T Rec. Q.543 may be neglected. This statement is proved in this letter for two types of common control unit: with constant and exponentially distributed service time.
