Vietnam: upward trend in longs prices gathers pace

Vietnamese longs market has seen a price boom. As expected, local longs producers have finally managed to reflect higher import semis prices in finished products quotes. Mills' policy has been also supported by soaring prices for domestic scrap (+$32/t in two weeks) and an expected upturn in import prices.
