Bulgaria: suppliers to start raising HDG prices despite unfavourable conditions

Demand for HDG is steadily weak in the Bulgarian market. Distributors keep their stocks reasonably low given thatend-users are not very active and due to seasonal factors as well. Stockists do not expect to increase purchases untillate January.
