Evolutionary Analysis for Leptospira Interrogans Serovar Lai Based on Gene Duplication

摘要

For Leptospira interrogans serovar Lai with infectious diseases, its evolutionary analysis is still unknown. To solve this problem, in this paper, we introduce a series of methods to study evolutionary fate of Leptospira interrogans serovar Lai, including selective pressure constraint, the rate of gene duplicates loss and age distribution. First, selective constraint may be inferred from duplicate genes through discussing the rates of nucleotide substitution at replacement and silent sites, by building differential equation and statistics model. Then, to reduce influence of noise, we present a method, which defines linear solution as initial value of nonlinear equation. This method can get more accurate optimal solution for the rate of gene duplicates loss, compared with only nonlinear methods. Finally, we acquire survivorship curves of Leptospira interrogans serovar Lai through gene duplicates.
