摘要

> The North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center (NCCETC) has an established history of energy policy research and analysis, beginning with development of the Database of State Incentives for Renewables and Efficiency (DSIRE) in 1995. The center has expanded these efforts over the years and now publishes several quarterly report series focused on tracking policy changes related to solar, grid modernization, energy storage, and electric vehicles. One of these report series— The 50 States of Solar —examines distributed solar policy and rate‐design changes under consideration across the country, specifically looking at changes proposed by states, investor‐owned utilities, and large public power utilities (those with at least 100,000 customers).
