摘要

In this paper we establish the method of oxygen blowing in the process of smelting reduction of iron ore that combined the rotary preheating furnace with top-tilt complex blowing shaft oxygen blast furnace, and then determine the excess coal coefficient and degree of oxidation of slag to avoid the effusion of slag and determine the coal content of slag and temperature difference of cooling water in the water cooling wall of furnace to ensure the smelting reduction process.
