High performance lithium thickener base grease has been developed. In general, lithium complexgreases are inferior about noise property. In order to improve the grease performance, the special treatment during manufacturing processwas applied and the solubility of thickener into base oil was improved. New lithium complex grease shows lower noise and three times longer life (at 125°C) ascompared with conventional lithium greases. This grease also shows better rust preventive property, and good high and low temperatureperformance. Therefore it will be widely used as the multipurpose grease in the near future.
