Hermle's C 650 five-axis machining center is an extension of the Performance Line series, now providing three machine models for five-axis machining, including the C 250 and C 400. The C 650 uses a modification of the company's gantry-type design with a mineral-cast machine bed. The swiveling rotary table can accommodate workpieces weighing 1,500 kg, and having diameters of 900 × 600 mm.
