摘要

We investigated the cellular uptake phenomena of half anti CD3 antibody-CdSe/ZnS quantum dot-conjugate into the live cell by using the confocal laser scanning microscopy. The anti CD3 antibody was efficiently reduced when tris 2-carboxyethyl phosphine hydrochloride was used as a reductant. The molecular weight of obtained half antibody was confirmed by the non-reduction SDS page, and the optimum concentration was 5mM for obtaining the half antibody. Finally, the confocal laser scanning microscopy image indicates that the CdSe/ZnS quantum dot-conjugate was taken up into the live cell spontaneously by connecting the reduced half antibody around the CdSe/ZnS quantum dot.
