摘要

Key View: Of-take of Iranian crude barrels by South Korea, Japan, Taiwan and India are poised to see substantial declines over the coming quarters, due to the re-imposition of nuclear-related sanctions on Iran by the US and lack of clarity over the provision of waivers. China will be the exception, and likely resist any US sanctions. Reduced demand for Iranian supplies globally could see these barrels ofered at more competitive rates, allowing China to capitalise.
