The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) projected a corn use for fuel ethanol of 4,850 mln bushels (1 bu=25.4 kg) for 2019/20 (Sep/Aug), down from 4,900 mln in its preceding report in mid- June. The outlook for 2020/21 remained at 5,200 mln bu.
