HIGHER RTFO BOOSTED BIODIESEL BLENDING UNITED KINGDOM

A total of 2,680 mln litres equivalent (eq.) of renewable fuel has been supplied under the Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation (RTFO) in Jan/Dec 2019, against 1,519 mln in the preceding RTFO period (Apr/Dec 2018), preliminary data from the Department of Transport (DfT) show. This constitutes 5.1% vol. of total road and non-road mobile machinery fuel for the year (before the double counting of certain products), up from 4.0%.
