The Energy Information Administration (EIA) revised its projection for fuel ethanol production in calendar year 2020 up to 902,000 barrels per day (bpd) from 854,000 in the preceding June report. This means a 12.3% y/y decline is now expected, vs 17.0% in the prior report. On the demand-side, 835,000 bpd are projected (only US market), raised from 804,000 (-11.9% and -15.2%, respectively).
