FERC Rejects DOE's Grid Resilience Proposal and Institutes Its Own Any measures that may be taken by organized electricity markets to increase the resilience of the bulk power system, i.e., the grid, will not be done pursuant to a controversial proposal issued by the Secretary of Energy on September 28, 2017.
