摘要

The Co3Fe-MMOF nanoparticles with regular nanodiamond morphology were synthesized by solvothermal method. Compared with the single metal MOF materials, the Co3Fe-MMOF nanoparticles shows the obviously peroxidase-like activity that can catalyze 3,3',5,5'-tetramethyl-benzidine (TMB) to produce a yellow chromogenic reaction in the presence of H2O2. Polydopamine (PDA) as a medium can circumvent the Co3Fe-MMOF nanoparticles well and immobilized the antibody on its surface. By combining the chromogenic reaction of the Co3Fe-MMOF with special recognition of the antibody and the magnetic separation, a new sensitive and selective colorimetric method for the detection of the Aeromonas hydrophila was developed, and this is a new ELISA method which can be extended the application rang of other pathogenic bacteria.
