摘要

Cobalt-cuprate-manganite LaCaCoCuMnO_6 and nickelite-cuprate-manganite LaCaNiCuMnO_6 oxides, were synthesized with ceramic processing technology from calcium carbonate and oxides of La(lll), Co(ll), Ni(ll), Cu(ll) and Mn(lll). The nanodimensional particles were received with the milling at Retsch (Germany). The experimental and calculation methods determined their thermodynamic and electrophysical characteristics.
