RESEARCHES REGARDING THERMOCHEMICAL TREATMENT APPLIED TO IRON POWDER SINTERED PARTS

摘要

In this paper there are presented the results of the researches regarding the thermal and thermo-chemical processing made on sintered parts. For study, there were chosen carburization and carbonitruration, and tests were made with the help of industrial installations. The chosen parameters, led to spectacular improvement of hardness in the shells which were thermo-chemically treated, and to an improvement of sintered parts properties.
