After Jane Henry's hometown of Houston was hit by Hurricane Harvey, the entrepreneur and consultant's clients weren't doing much business and she used the time to clean up her house, which needed to be completely rebuilt. Henry, a serial entrepreneur, took on the complete reconstruction of her home, serving as the general contractor and working side by side with a group of volunteers. While on the job with her crew, she became concerned with their safety because of ill-fitting work wear and found herself getting frustrated about the lack of options.
