Construction input prices rose 0.2% in December 2019 and are up 1% year overyear, according to an Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) analysis of the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics' Producer Price Index data. Nonresidential construction input prices rose 0.3% for the month and are also up 1 % since December 2018.
