IMPs create modern appearance

Julia Mclntyre, the architect for two guest villas at Overmountain Vineyards in Tryon, N.C., designed them with modern aesthetics. Insulated metal panels (IMPs) clad the structures' roofs and walls. Each 1,300-square-foot guest villa has two bedrooms, a bathroom and views of the vineyards. Interior decorating features a combination of modern design and some antique architectural woodwork, salvaged from old buildings in the area.
