Hotel building features IMPs

The 23-story, 351,987-square-foot 123 East Cermak building in Chicago contains three hotel properties: Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn and Home2Suites. Antunovich Associates Inc. designed exterior walls with three colors of insulated metal panels (IMPs), some with wide reveals to create shadow lines: Sherwin-Williams Coil Coatings' Clay, Medium Gray and Silversmith.
