摘要

A method for calculating the thickness of thermal-spray aluminum coating used to effectively protect low-alloy steel during heating for rolling is developed. The method calculates the thickness of the diffusion layer, taking into account the variation in the surface temperature of the workpiece and the dependence of a parameter proportional to the diffusion coefficient on temperature in a range of 700-1200A degrees C.
