Dynetek Industries and NKK Unit Team on Composite Pressure Vessels

Dynetek Industries Ltd. of Calgary, Alberta, Ontario, Canada said on Nov 15, 2001 that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Kokan Drum Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of NKK Corporation of Tokyo with a market capitalization of 5.6 billion CAD dollars.Under the arrangement, Kokan Drum will purchase 586,031 common shares at 3.68 dollars per share from Dynetek, for total proceeds of 2.2 million dollars.
