Procurement workers see networking and mentors are the best means to climb the career ladder, and only half trust their bosses to help them advance. These are a couple of the key findings in "Procurement's Gen Next", a recent survey by Procurious, an online procurement community. Gen Next is described as "a new breed of procurement professionals who are not defined by the year they were born, but by their positivity and commitment to proactively managing their careers," said Hugo Britt, content director at Procurious and author of the study.
