Complete genome of Nocardiopsis dassonvillei strain NOCA502F isolated from sediment of the Arctic Ocean

About life existing in cold marine environment, lots of research finding have been reported. Here we described an actinomyces strain isolated from sediment of the Arctic Ocean. Complete genome of this strain was assembled which contents a total of 5533 genes, the size is 6.4 Mb while G+C content is 71.84%. Analysis of the 16S rRNA gene sequence indicated that it is a strain of the species Nocardiopsis dassonvillei. We name it as N. dassonvillei strain NOCA502F. As the significant application of N. dassonvillei in industry and medicine, this genome data could provide genetic information also contribute to further research across marine microorganism and Nocardiopsis dassonvillei.
