With the recent progress and development in nanotechnology, researchers and scientists have searched numerous ways to incorporate nanotechnology into the semiconductor industry. Although nanotechnology could be able to push the boundaries of Moore's law, the fundamental roadblock in creating a highly complex, precise, and multicomponent nanodevice is the precise spatial control of each nano-object location.
