Tamworth-based Industrial Tooling Corporation (ITC) (www.itc-ltd.co.uk) will be introducing its latest UK-manufactured cutting-tool innovations alongside tooling solutions from Big Kaiser and Widia (Stand H250). The cutting-tool specialist will be showcasing its latest line-up of solid carbide micro-tools and thread mills, manufactured using the 'state of the art' grinding technology that enables the company to precision-manufacture cutting tools from 0.2 to 2.0mm diameter, with concentricity tolerances below 0.001mm. Made with through-coolant, helical flutes and TiAlN coatings for rapid chip evacuation and extended tool life and performance, the new thread-milling series is available with a variety of shank diameters, lengths, flute numbers and thread pitches. The company will also be displaying its extensive line of solid carbide tooling - available in a wide range of variants, geometries, coatings and dimensions.
