IN THE WAY THAT CHALLENGES ARE OFTEN DUBBED "opportunities" this industry seems to have plenty, evidenced by the programs of two conferences held this fall, the Southern New England Energy Conference in Newport, R.I., and the Empire State Energy Conference in Monticello, N.Y. "Electrifying the Region and Destroying Oilheat and Propane" was the title of a session on the program at me Southern New England Energy Conference. That sounds like more than a challenge.
