One of the most comprehensive reports and recommendations to improve UK fruit and vegetable production and strengthen its marketing has been submitted to government by an independent industry Task Force. Originally commissioned by the Labour government, it has now been taken on board by the Conservative/Liberal Democrat Coalition.
