FERC Issues Notice of EA for Port Arthur Pipeline’s Louisiana Connector Amendment, Comments Due by March 6

The Commission issued a notice February 5, that its staff will prepare an environmental assessment (EA) that will discuss the environmental impacts of Port Arthur Pipeline, LLC’s (CP20-21) Louisiana Connector Amendment Project involving construction and operation of facilities in Beauregard Parish, Louisiana. Comments are due to the Commission on or before March 6. The amendment is for the Louisiana Connector Project to relocate the site of the compressor station approved as part of the project and add and relocate several pipeline interconnections and associated facilities.
