Eastern Shore Responds to Protest, Opposition of Easton Utilities and Maryland Agencies to Tariff

Eastern Shore Natural Gas Co. (RP17-363) on August 29, filed an answer to the protest of Easton Utilities Commission and opposition of the Maryland Public Service Commission and Maryland Office of People’s Counsel, to Eastern Shore’s July 31 motion to place tariff sheets into effect. Eastern Shore told the Commission that its answer resolves all the outstanding issues, and that the protests should be rejected, and the tariff records accepted.
