On 6/9/15 Dominion Carolina Gas Transmission, LLC (DCG)(CP15-504) filed an application with FERC for authorization to construct and operate its approximately 28-mile “Columbia to Eastover Project” in order to provide 18,000 Dth/d firm natural gas service from DCG’s system in Calhoun County, South Carolina to the Eastover Plant in Richland County, South Carolina. The estimated total cost for DCG’s construction is $36,255,867.
