On 3/23/15 Delek Logistics Partners, LP9 disclosed to the media that the firm, through wholly owned subsidiaries, entered into two joint ventures that will construct oil pipelines to serve third parties and subsidiaries of Delek US Holdings, Inc. The two pipeline joint ventures will cost Delek approximately $91.0 million.
