FERC Denies Rehearing of Order Denying Complaint That Dominion’s Surcharge Was Unlawful

The Commission issued an order August 20, denying rehearing of its Nov. 27, 2018 order denying KMC Thermo LLC’s (RP18-1130) complaint alleging Dominion Energy Cover Point LNG, LLC’s (DECP) general system commodity electric surcharge was unlawful. Commissioner Bernard McNamee did not participate in the order. KMC Thermo filed the request for rehearing Dec. 27, 2018 of the complaint in which KMC claimed it should not be required to pay the electric surcharge.
