FERC Accepts Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line’s Compliance Filing

The Commission’s Office of Energy Project’s issued a letter October 14, to Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Co., LP (RP19-1523) accepting Panhandle’s filing to comply with the Commission’s August 6 order directing Panhandle to modify its General Terms & Conditions section 11.10 to reflect the proper effective date of March 1, 2020. In the August 6 order the Commission accepted Panhandle’s compliance filing, and clarified the February 28 order on Panhandle’s revised tariff rates following a technical conference.
